The Richlands 14-Lot Subdivision highlights STRUXA’s capability in delivering large-scale residential subdivision works in collaboration with tier-one contractors. Working alongside Hutchies Civil, the project involved transforming a single industrial parcel into fourteen compliant residential lots through detailed excavation, drainage, and retaining works.

Despite variable weather and complex logistics within an active construction corridor, the project was delivered on program — meeting strict compliance, safety, and environmental standards.

Project goals:

The primary objectives of the Richlands Subdivision were:

  • Convert a single industrial-zoned parcel into 14 residential allotments.

  • Coordinate effectively with Hutchies Civil and consultants for seamless integration of works.

  • Execute large-scale bulk earthworks and drainage installation under strict quality control.

  • Maintain safety and compliance while minimising disruption to surrounding operations.

  • Traffic & Access Management: On-site access controlled around active roadworks and adjacent infrastructure projects.

  • Environmental Controls: Erosion and sediment control plans implemented and monitored throughout all stages.

Outcomes achieved:

  • All retaining and compaction tests passed first certification.
