The primary objectives of the Southport Subdivision were:
Convert a single residential site into four compliant building lots.
Complete all bulk earthworks and retaining within a tight urban footprint.
Manage material movement efficiently while mitigating weather delays.
Deliver certified, build-ready pads to client specification.
